AI marketing technology company Tec-Do has completed a new financing round led by Huatai-General Atlantic, with Forebright Capital, GAC Capital, GSR Ventures and other investors participating. The company did not disclose the size or valuation of the round. It plans to direct the new capital toward AI research, commercialization, talent recruitment and international expansion as it builds products around specialized marketing models and multi-agent workflows.
Key Overview
- Huatai-General Atlantic led the round, while existing shareholder GSR Ventures increased its investment.
- The financing amount and post-money valuation were not disclosed.
- Proceeds are earmarked for Tec-Chi model development, the Navos platform, AI talent and global expansion.
- Tec-Do is increasing investment in Agentic Commerce, agent-to-agent collaboration and Generative Engine Optimization.
- Its commercialization strategy increasingly links AI-generated insight with automated campaign execution and measurable marketing outcomes.
New Capital Backs a Broader Agentic AI Strategy
The latest financing gives Tec-Do additional resources to push beyond conventional marketing software toward systems designed to plan and execute business tasks with less manual coordination. The announcement says the company will invest further in its Tec-Chi specialized multimodal large language models and Navos multi-agent platform while expanding its AI talent base.
The round is notable for its investor mix. Tec-Do said it represents Huatai-General Atlantic’s first RMB investment through a joint-venture fund established by Huatai Baoli Investment Management, while GSR Ventures increased its existing exposure. That combination of new and returning capital gives the company financial backing as it attempts to commercialize B2B AI agents at greater scale.
Tec-Do is also targeting emerging areas such as Agent-to-Agent collaboration and Generative Engine Optimization, where companies adapt brand information and marketing strategies for discovery through generative AI systems rather than relying only on traditional search and social channels. The broader objective is to build an operating layer in which AI can support discovery, content creation, campaign deployment, attribution and continuous optimization.

Navos 2.0 Moves From Recommendations to Execution
A central part of that strategy is Navos 2.0, launched in July 2026 as an updated multi-agent platform for enterprise marketing workflows. The system coordinates specialized agents for functions including market research, creative production, influencer activity and campaign optimization, with different models and tools orchestrated around defined business objectives.
Underlying Navos is Tec-Chi, Tec-Do’s marketing-focused model family. In the 2025 annual SuperCLUE report, Tec-Chi-Think-1.0-32B scored 85.82 on the advertising and marketing benchmark, placing first overall and narrowly ahead of DeepSeek-v3.2-Thinking at 85.74. The benchmark assesses areas including market insight, campaign strategy, creative production and compliance evaluation.
Tec-Do has also extended that specialization into multimodal marketing analysis. Its Tec-Chi-VL-1.0-27B model scored 86.43 in an advertising video-understanding evaluation, placing among the top-ranked models. These benchmark results do not by themselves prove commercial performance, but they strengthen Tec-Do’s case for using domain-specific models as the intelligence layer behind its agent-based marketing products.
ChatGPT Advertising Adds a Commercial Test Case
Tec-Do’s expansion is also tied to new advertising channels emerging inside generative AI platforms. In July, it was announced as a technology partner supporting advertising in ChatGPT, allowing advertisers to access the channel through Navos as part of broader AI-led campaign workflows.
The company reported that one early customer test produced a 2.5-times increase in ROI after customer-acquisition costs fell. Because that result comes from a single company-reported case, it should be treated as an early indicator rather than evidence of typical campaign performance. Still, it illustrates the commercial direction Tec-Do is pursuing: combining specialized models, marketing data and automated agents with AI-native consumer interfaces.
Tec-Do says it served more than 100,000 advertisers in 2025 and operates across more than 200 countries and regions. The new financing is therefore less about establishing an initial AI product and more about scaling a platform already being positioned across international marketing workflows. Its next challenge will be demonstrating that agentic systems can consistently convert technical capability into measurable business outcomes across a much wider customer base.
