Readers rely on Serrari's rates, market briefs, guides and news to make financial decisions, so getting them right matters. When we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and transparently, as our Editorial Standards commit us to.
1. What this policy covers
Everything Serrari publishes: rate tables and comparison pages, indices and calculators, the Daily Markets & Wealth Brief, Wealth Builder guides, Analyst Desk reports, and news articles.
2. How to report an error
Email support@serrarigroup.com with:
- the link to the page;
- what you believe is wrong; and
- a source for the correct figure or fact, if you have one.
Every article carries a Report an error link that starts this email with the page already named. You can also reach us on the contact details in section 6.
3. What happens next
An editor checks the report against the original source. If the content is wrong, we correct the page. If we conclude it is right, we keep it and, where the report came with contact details, tell you why.
4. How corrections are shown
- Material errors, such as a wrong figure, name, date or claim, are corrected on the page with a note saying what changed and when.
- Minor fixes, such as typing or formatting errors that do not change the meaning, are made without a note.
- Guides and tools show the date they were last updated, and every article shows who wrote it and who reviewed it.
5. Rates and data
Rates are republished from each provider's own published figures and dated, as set out in our data methodology. If a figure differs from what the provider publishes, tell us: we re-check it against the provider's source and update the table.
