revoke any prior wills or codicils made by me.

referred to as the "Executor") as the executor of my estate. The Executor shall
have full authority to administer and distribute my estate in accordance with
the provisions of this will. If the appointed Executor is unable or unwilling to

- 1Payment of Debts and Expenses: I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts,
funeral expenses, and any expenses incurred in the administration of my

Therefore, I grant my Executor full authority to manage and distribute my digital assets, including but not limited to online accounts, social media
profiles, and digital files, in accordance with applicable laws and the terms
and conditions set by the respective service providers.
- 1Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Will shall be governed and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of [Your State or Country ]. Any disputes arising from
this Will shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State or Country].
