She has worked for leading brands in Payments, Fintech, Banking, Media, Telcos and Technology.  Nancy is passionate about creating and driving socio-economic impact through inclusive sustainable programs and businesses that transform and enrich lives, nations and the world whilst creating value for all stakeholders. She has led, inspired, developed and grown teams to outperform and do the extraordinary in various roles across Pan Africa and in-country in highly diverse, matrix and multicultural settings.

Nancy is married to Matimu a career global markets banker and together have brought up 5 children. Outside work she has a passion for design, fashion, homes and gardens.
